Metal Painting
Metal painting is a protective and decorative coating service for grills, gates, railings, shutters, trusses, and metal furniture, designed to prevent rust and give a smooth, durable finish. It relies on proper cleaning, priming, and multi‑coat application so that paint adheres firmly and withstands weather, moisture, and daily wear.
Metal Painting – Service Overview
Metal painting typically covers items like main gates, balcony grills, staircase railings, window grills, rolling shutters, tanks, pipes, and metal furniture. The process includes surface preparation (rust removal, sanding, degreasing), application of metal primer, and finishing with enamel, PU, or specialised metal paints in the client’s chosen colours.
What we do
Inspect metal surfaces for rust, peeling paint, dents, and oil/grease, then decide the right preparation and paint system.
Clean with wire brushing, sanding, scrapers, and degreasers to remove rust, loose paint, and contaminants for a clean, slightly rough surface.
Apply appropriate anti‑corrosive metal primer (red oxide, zinc‑rich, or specialised primers) to seal the surface and improve adhesion.
Finish with one or more coats of high‑quality enamel, PU, or metallic paint using brush, roller, or spray for an even, glossy or matte look.
Offer touch‑ups, edge protection, and final inspection so grills, gates, and railings look uniform end‑to‑end.
Where we are expert
Exterior grills, gates, railings, and shutters exposed to rain and sun that need strong anti‑rust protection.
Interior railings, furniture, partitions, and metal frames that must look sleek and match the interior colour theme.
Small structural members and industrial items that require regular repainting for safety, identification, and aesthetics.
What makes us unique
System‑based approach: surface preparation, primer, and topcoat are selected as a package suitable for mild steel, galvanised steel, aluminium, or stainless where applicable.
Use of rust‑inhibiting primers and multi‑coat enamels / PU finishes that give better gloss retention, colour stability, and longer interval between repaints.
Option of spray application for smoother finishes on complex grills and furniture, reducing visible brush marks.
Clean execution with masking of adjacent walls and floors, careful handling of glass and hardware, and structured timelines that minimise disruption.
