Enamel Painting
Enamel painting is a finishing service that gives wood and metal surfaces a hard, smooth, and often glossy protective coat that resists moisture, stains, and daily wear. It is ideal for doors, windows, grills, railings, furniture, and other high‑touch elements that need a rich look and long‑lasting durability.
Enamel Painting – Service Overview
Enamel paints form a tough film that stands up well to frequent cleaning, minor impacts, and exposure to humidity, making them suitable for kitchens, bathrooms, and exteriors. They are available in multiple finishes—high‑gloss, semi‑gloss, satin, and matte—so surfaces can be styled from classic shiny to subtle, modern looks.
What we do
Inspect existing wood/metal for rust, old paint, dents, and surface defects, and recommend whether it needs full sanding, repairs, or just a refresher coat.
Prepare surfaces by cleaning, de‑greasing, removing loose paint, sanding smooth, and filling dents or nail holes to create an even base.
Apply suitable metal/wood primer so the enamel bonds well, blocks stains, and reduces future peeling or rust.
Finish with one or more coats of enamel in the chosen finish and colour, using brush, roller, or spray to achieve a uniform, streak‑free surface.
Do final sanding/touch‑ups where needed and clean hardware, glass, and surrounding areas before handover.
Where we are expert
Interior and exterior doors, windows, and frames that require washable, impact‑resistant coatings.
Grills, gates, railings, shutters, and metal furniture where anti‑rust protection and strong colour retention are important.
Kitchen and bathroom wood/metal surfaces that face steam, spills, and frequent cleaning.
What makes us unique
Guidance on choosing between solvent‑based and water‑based enamels, balancing durability, drying time, odour, and environmental considerations.
Use of branded enamel systems (primer + undercoat + topcoat) designed to deliver high gloss, better scratch resistance, and long‑term colour stability.
Option of special finishes like satin enamel, metallic shades, and dual‑tone schemes that elevate doors, grills, and furniture beyond basic gloss.
Attention to detail in corners, joints, and edges so high‑touch areas do not chip or rust early.
