Paver Block Installation – Service Overview
Paver block installation involves site excavation, base preparation with gravel/sand layers, edge restraints, block laying in patterns, and joint sand filling for residential driveways, pathways, and terrace flooring. The flexible system handles thermal movement and allows individual block replacement.

What we do
Excavate to 200–300mm depth, compact subgrade, add 150–200mm crushed stone base, and compact in layers for drainage and strength.

Install edge restraints (concrete kerbs or plastic edging) and spread 30–50mm bedding sand, screeded level with pipes for uniform thickness.

Lay blocks from straight edges in patterns (herringbone for cars, basketweave for paths), cutting edge pieces with block splitter for fit.

Compact with plate vibrator, sweep polymeric or fine sand into joints, and re-compact until full interlock; seal for weed resistance.
