Cement Grouting – Service Overview
Cement grouting uses non-shrink or expansive cement formulations for structural repairs, tile joints, machine base fixing, and soil stabilization where cost-effectiveness and ease of application matter more than chemical resistance. Unlike epoxy, it's porous and needs sealing in wet areas but flows easily into narrow spaces and handles temperature variations well.

What we do
Clean and saturate voids/cracks, install packers or entry points, then mix cement grout (OPC + additives/water reducers) to precise water ratio for flowability.

Pump under low pressure for structural fills or trowel into tile joints, ensuring full coverage without air pockets.

Cure with water or membrane for 3–7 days; for tiles, apply sealer after 24 hours to reduce porosity.

Test for voids using hammer tap or injection pressure verification.

Where we expert
RCC crack repairs and honeycombs in slabs/beams needing economical, high-volume filling.

Tile joints in low-traffic dry areas where color matching and breathability are preferred.

Precast base grouting and anchor bolts where vibration tolerance exceeds epoxy limits.
