Driveway Pavers – Service Overview
Driveway pavers require 8–12" deep excavation with 6–8" gravel base + 1" sand bedding for residential use, using 60–80mm thick blocks in herringbone or linear patterns. Edge restraints and polymeric sand joints ensure no shifting under braking/turning.

What we do
Excavate 8–12" deep, compact subgrade, layer 4–6" crushed stone base (3/4" minus), and 1–2" finer gravel; achieve 95% compaction with plate vibrators.

Set concrete/plastic edge restraints spiked every 2ft, screed 1" bedding sand level with slope (1–2%) to drains.

Lay blocks from straight edge in traffic pattern (herringbone for traction), cut edges with splitter, vibrate to interlock.

Sweep polymeric sand into 2–5mm joints, compact again, and seal for weed/stain resistance.
