Epoxy Grouting – Service Overview
Epoxy grouting uses low-viscosity resin systems for injection into cracks (0.2–10mm wide) or pre-packed for tile joints, ensuring deep penetration and full contact with substrates. Applications include structural crack repair, tile grouting in wet areas, machine base grouting, and waterproofing honeycombs in RCC elements.

What we do
Prepare surfaces by cleaning cracks/joints, removing dust and loose particles, then sealing entry/exit ports for injection or masking tiles for grout application.

Mix two/three-part epoxy (resin, hardener, filler) to exact ratios, then inject under low pressure for structural cracks or apply with rubber float for tile joints.

Cure for 24–48 hours (fast-setting options in 4–6 hours), trim excess, and test for water-tightness or load capacity as required.

Provide color-matched epoxy for tiles or high-strength non-shrink formulas for machinery/columns.
